Role overview

The Industrial Engineer will shape and improve Matic Robots’ production systems. This position involves designing electromechanical test fixtures, deploying automated inspection tools, and building a scalable production floor. The goal is to support manufacturing growth from hundreds to thousands of robots per month while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

This role suits engineers who enjoy building sophisticated manufacturing systems, optimizing processes, and leading operational improvements in a hands-on environment.

What you will do

  • Design manufacturing execution systems (MES) and database frameworks to ensure full product traceability
  • Conduct capability studies (Cpk/Ppk) and gauge R&R analyses to validate measurement systems
  • Establish and refine process takt times to improve reliability
  • Lead failure analysis to drive continuous improvement
