Skills and Attributes for Success:Serve as the key on-site point of contact for security and compliance requirements for one or more U. S. Government clients. Facilitate system accreditation and authorization processes utilizing frameworks such as RMF or DIACAP. Work collaboratively with software, systems, and field engineers to ensure security controls, configurations, and policies are effectively implemented. Evaluate software deployments and assess their alignment with established security requirements. Develop, standardize, and maintain security documentation, including Security System Plans (SSPs), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), control narratives, and supporting artifacts. Create, validate, and organize compliance evidence post-implementation of security settings. Compile accreditation artifacts into a structured, auditable repository. Support audits, assessments, and ongoing compliance measures throughout the system lifecycle. Maintain the ongoing security and trust of clients through hands-on system access and coordination with engineering and operations teams.
