Why this role matters
As the company has expanded, its internal tool ecosystem has become larger but less unified. Some tools do not integrate well, data remains partially siloed, and several processes are not fully streamlined. Automation and AI opportunities have not yet been fully explored. Many systems are managed in-house, often manually and in a fragmented way. This new position aims to bring structure to the information system, improve workflow reliability, and help n2jsoft scale efficiently.
Role overview
The Information Systems & Internal Tools Manager reports to the CTO and collaborates with all departments. This hybrid position blends strategic planning with hands-on work. The manager will not only oversee systems but also analyze, organize, and drive improvements. Regular interaction with the executive committee and operational teams is a core part of the job.
