Key Responsibilities:Develop and update security authorization packages in line with client requirements and FISMA compliance, including documents such as the System Security Plan, Risk Assessment Report, Security Assessment Plan and Report, Contingency Plan, Incident Response Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Plan of Actions and Milestones, Remediation Plans, and Configuration Management Plan. Create and maintain the Plan of Action and Milestones, supporting remediation efforts. Validate that protective measures align with established protocols and standards.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to enhance our team.

This is a hybrid role (3 days/week) based in Ashburn, VA. Future requirements may necessitate full-time onsite presence (5 days/week) at our Ashburn office.

Position Description: The ISSO will ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards, protect sensitive information, and manage risk for both classified and unclassified systems. Responsibilities include developing and implementing security policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to support critical operations.
