Key Responsibilities:
, Join as the inaugural member of a new Platform team, taking full ownership of building the infrastructure from the ground up , encompassing everything from strategy development to execution, impacting all facets of the business;
, Evolve our rapidly growing infrastructure into a mature, organized platform, establishing clear service maps, dependencies, and ownership areas;
, Elevate our use of Terraform and Kubernetes, developing a modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architecture, standardizing deployments, and implementing autoscaling for predictable and reliable releases;
, Create a comprehensive observability system that includes metrics, logs, traces, and alerting, enabling proactive monitoring of system health rather than reactive troubleshooting;
, Enhance security practices encompassing access management, secrets handling, and protection against external threats, making security an integral component of the engineering culture.
