We are excited to announce an opening for an Architectural Designer. This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while upholding design excellence.
  • Follow quality assurance/control processes and adhere to company standards.
  • Contribute to project deliverables, ensuring alignment with schedules and deadlines.
  • Conduct design analyses, layout designs, and code studies with some independence.
  • Perform fundamental architectural tasks, including layout and aesthetic feature design.
  • Coordinate drawings and specifications, assisting in the preparation of various sections.
  • Apply BIM standards and create organized cartoon sets for projects.
  • Implement quality control procedures and address clash detection issues.
  • Actively collaborate with the project team to generate and share design ideas.
  • Pursue new knowledge and skills, proactively sharing potential solutions with peers.
