Currently, all hiring activities are personally overseen by the founders, and every role is built from the ground up. We are in search of a dedicated individual who can manage the entire recruitment process, develop in-house technical screening capabilities, and facilitate successful hires.WHAT YOU'LL DO?- Take ownership of sourcing candidates for all open positions by identifying talent on GitHub, X, hackathon leaderboards, academic paper authors, and within the open-source communities relevant to our clientele.- Conduct technical screenings independently—review code, ask insightful follow-up questions, and distinguish meaningful signals from noise. You will serve as the primary technical filter. Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process and coordinate interviews with relevant team members.- Create a comprehensive recruiting playbook from scratch, including structured outreach strategies, screening rubrics, calibration sessions, and scorecards. Document processes to ensure scalability beyond your tenure.- Monitor pipeline metrics and identify areas for improvement. Analyze funnel conversion rates, source quality, time to offer, and offer acceptance rates, and present data during weekly hiring reviews.- Collaborate with engineering and go-to-market leaders to translate ambiguous requests into targeted profiles, sourcing strategies, and trusted screening processes.- Utilize Composio's product to streamline outreach, track candidates, and generate reports. (Our product is excellent, making this easier than anticipated.)ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS- While specific qualifications are not mandatory if you excel in your role, we expect a strong foundation in core technical recruiting.
