About Reframe Systems
Reframe Systems is transforming the construction landscape by merging modular construction, robotics, and advanced manufacturing techniques. Our mission is to deliver high-quality housing solutions that are faster, safer, and more sustainable. As an agile technology startup, we operate at the convergence of construction, manufacturing, and innovative product development.
We are in search of a Project Manager who can seamlessly blend traditional construction project management skills with a modern, tech-forward approach. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in dynamic environments, adapt swiftly, and work collaboratively with engineers, designers, fabricators, software developers, and field teams.

- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, logistics plans, and resource allocations.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, subcontracts, and change management workflows.
- Facilitate coordination between manufacturing teams, design/engineering, robotics teams, and field installation crews to ensure project alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration in a Technological Environment
- Engage closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate project requirements into modular building systems.
- Provide insights on design for manufacturability (DFM) and installation processes.
- Participate in iterative process development, refining workflows, introducing new tools, and spotting opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Thrive in a startup atmosphere where processes are rapidly evolving, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Management
