Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer (or Design Lead for exceptional candidates) who is passionate about enhancing digital experiences at Newcode.ai. With a solid design foundation in place, we seek an individual who blends creative ambition with a user-centric mindset, delivering excellence in visual and interaction design. In this role, you will develop seamless product interfaces and define our overarching design vision, ensuring that every interaction distinguishes us within the AI sector. Core Responsibilities
Product & Experience Design
- Lead the development and ownership of user experiences across web applications, tools, and communication channels.
- Enhance and refine our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and user delight at every interaction.
- Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and founders to manifest our innovations in every pixel and user flow.
- Conduct design sprints, workshops, and prototyping sessions, actively incorporating feedback from both users and internal stakeholders.
Brand & Visual Identity
- Elevate our visual branding by evolving interface designs, motion graphics, and storytelling to create a distinctive and compelling presence.
- Create impactful assets and prototypes for product, web, and communications purposes.
Growth & User Engagement
- Analyze user feedback and engagement data to optimize user flows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- In senior roles, guide the establishment of a design function, mentoring, recruiting, and leading as we expand.
