Inside Loan Officer Sales Position (Client Care Loan Analyst)
Join our dynamic team as a Client Care Loan Analyst (CCLA) at Direct Mortgage Loans, where you will play a pivotal role in the mortgage process. As the initial point of contact, you will engage with company-provided leads and convert these opportunities into satisfied clients. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through loan applications, presenting customized loan options, ensuring compliance, and delivering an informative and professional experience. This role requires a blend of excellent sales acumen and loan expertise, with close collaboration within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Loan Applications
Convert company-generated leads into comprehensive loan applications using the 1–6 CRM process.
Collect and authenticate client documentation (income, assets, credit history, etc.).
Present tailored loan options and educate clients on the mortgage process.
Issue pre-approvals in accordance with DML standards.
Maintain communication with agents and clients throughout the application process.
Coordination & Communication
Provide training and support for agents and clients on the Simple Nexus app & calculator.
Create and distribute co-branded applications and marketing materials.
Participate in lead capture rotations (nights/weekends) and prospecting calls.
Complete and submit the weekly Greatness Tracker to the Sales Manager.
Loan Structuring & Locking
Structure loans and present optimal options (terms, buy-downs, etc.).
Review Loan Estimates, cash-to-close figures, and payment breakdowns.
Ensure clients are well-informed about loan terms, payments, and expectations.
File Preparation & Submission
Transition approved files to processing with complete documentation.
Adhere to team communication standards for updates and submissions.
Guide clients through the initial payment process.
Business & Professional Growth
Manage time effectively, prioritizing high-value tasks.
Surpass production expectations while ensuring compliance.
Represent DML with professionalism and authenticity.
Consistently deliver outstanding client experiences (5-star reviews).
Embody and promote DML’s mission, vision, and values.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in sales or mortgage industry preferred.
