As an Inside Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers during their transition to new homes, helping them set up essential services such as electricity, internet, TV, and security. You will guide them through their options, address any questions or concerns, and successfully close the sale.

A Day in the Life:
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls regarding their home service setup.
- Quickly establish rapport and understand their moving timeline.
- Provide detailed information on available options for electricity, internet, TV, and security services.
- Address queries and overcome objections while guiding customers to the best solutions.
- Suggest additional services that enhance the customer’s experience.
- Close sales and earn commission on each completed order.
- Follow up with interested customers to keep your sales pipeline active.
This is a high-energy inside sales position with clear metrics and achievable goals.
