Key Responsibilities:Assist assigned Outside Sales Engineers to enhance sales efforts. Provide support to fellow Inside Sales Engineers as needed. Guide customers in the correct application and selection of our products. Prepare equipment quotes based on customer requirements. Process orders for equipment sold by Outside Sales Engineers. Maintain detailed tracking of the order process. Manage virtual files for all projects involving assigned sales personnel. Utilize selection programs from manufacturers for equipment configuration and quoting to contractors. Offer technical support on product lines, ensuring strong communication through verbal and written correspondence. Prepare submittals for sold equipment.
