Role Significance
We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to drive insurance policy sales through our primary partners. In this pivotal role, you will engage with potential customers to create qualified leads for our insurance agents. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position provides a clear pathway for career advancement, aiming for a promotion within 6-8 months. This position is based in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, adeptly addressing objections and facilitating the transfer of qualified leads to our insurance agents.
- Establish rapport quickly with clients via phone, email, and text communications.
- Manage the sales process efficiently, maintaining organized notes and follow-up tasks.
- Effectively articulate Matic's value proposition to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets related to calls, transfers, conversions, and overall quality.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Trainer to achieve licensing to become an insurance agent.

What We Offer
- Competitive Base Pay: Guaranteed hourly rate of $19.23.
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses with a target of $500, with potential earnings of up to $1,300.
