Key Responsibilities:Manage and process a substantial volume of outbound communications while upholding high service quality and performance standards. Qualify and close outbound prospects by identifying their business use cases for our platform and confirming they have the necessary equipment for an optimal experience. Collaborate with new platform users to identify their front end and back end users, as well as key stakeholders for onboarding calls. Document relevant notes and details in Salesforce.com for the Customer Success teams, including project specifics, roles of key stakeholders, and business use cases. Qualifications:1-3 years of sales experience; experience in software sales is a plus. Demonstrated success in prospecting for business opportunities. Strong ability to uncover and understand customer needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, driven attitude. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Capable of multi-tasking, taking initiative, and managing time efficiently.
