As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our innovative insurance marketplace, connecting millions of customers with our extensive network of trusted insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Make 150-250 outbound calls daily to engage with insurance agents and agencies.
  • Sales and Education: Inform potential clients about our cutting-edge products and services while driving sales.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong connections with new clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.
  • CRM Management: Accurately manage records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Rapport Building: Ability to establish connections with clients quickly and effectively.
  • Strong Phone and Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in overcoming objections and fostering relationships over the phone.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills with a history of exceeding sales goals.
