A consultative and value-driven approach with a talent for building trusted, long-term relationships through active listening, transparency, and measurable outcomes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable to various customer profiles and tones. Proficient in delivering product demonstrations, identifying customer needs, and translating those needs into customized solutions.

As a frontrunner in Practice Management & Patient Engagement, we invite an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (all genders) to become a part of our expanding Sales Team.

Your Role: You’ll be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and converting new business prospects. Your efforts will significantly influence our revenue growth as you engage potential clients, articulate the value of our platform, and facilitate successful deal closures.

You will report directly to your Team Lead and collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, which is currently in the process of expansion, to assist you with initial outreach to prospects. Additionally, you will engage in cross-functional initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Assume full responsibility for your sales pipeline and strategies to convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and recommend optimal solutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Unleash real growth opportunities based on your performance and outcomes.
  • Contribute significantly to achieving AlfaDocs' ambitious targets and directly impact our success.
