Advanced Spanish (communication and writing skills). Experience in inside sales and/or B2C SaaS. Knowledge and practical application of the SPIN sales methodology. Aptitude for conducting product demonstrations in a clear and engaging manner. Strong organizational skills, discipline, and effective management of the sales pipeline. Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms). Results-oriented profile with high adaptability and a focus on expansion goals.

About the job

  • Engage in consultative selling of the NOA product to clients in Chile.

  • Optimize filters and prospecting methods to capture potential B2C leads.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and closing.

  • Contribute to achieving departmental indicators and goals.

  • Assess current product usage by clients to enhance their outcomes, focusing on customer loyalty and retention.

  • Direct technical issues to the support team to ensure product functionality for clients.
