About the Role
As a key member of our support desk, you play a crucial role in the sales process. You will provide support to our outside sales account managers, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales partners, and dealers, and assist credit underwriters. Additionally, you will engage independently in sales conversations with potential clients. Your participation will also focus on continuously enhancing our processes to improve customer experience.
In this position, you will gain exposure to various aspects of credit acceptance, online sales, dealer sales, and innovative fintech solutions. You will also receive training that will enable you to advance to the role of a fully-fledged credit underwriter or account manager in the future.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, intermediaries, and dealers;
Support account managers with sales and marketing campaigns;
Acquire and follow up on issued quotes;
Assist customers in submitting their applications;
Complete application files for credit acceptance;
Draft and finalize contracts;
Coordinate the registration and delivery of vehicles through dealers;
Conduct integrity checks and reviews on dealers and partners.
