Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Classify client requirements, communicating project specifications and conducting design reviews with both internal and external teams. Interpret drawings and evaluate specifications and estimates. Conduct thorough onsite inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and adherence to construction timelines. Support the procurement team in acquiring FMCS systems equipment and materials, and assist in awarding contracts. Review and respond to RFIs (Request for Information) and change orders. Clarify the required scope of work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with specifications. Review progress reports, track materials used and costs, and adjust work schedules as necessary based on reports. Manage materials related to FMCS testing and perform necessary testing and commissioning. Oversee the installation of FMCS systems and instruments. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use and client updates.
