Monitors and assesses the performance and productivity of assigned workers, guiding them to achieve optimal output in quality and quantity. Completes and distributes daily and weekly reports accurately. Conducts weekly safety meetings, enforcing safety policies and addressing violations with the safety director for appropriate action. Participates in weekly jobsite subcontractor meetings, coordinating labor activities with the general contractor and other subcontractors. Communicates equipment issues to managers promptly. Leads by example and mentors crew members in their professional development.
