The Role
As an Integration & Automation Engineer in the Professional Services team, you will serve as the technical liaison between our client's innovative platform and the operational systems of our customers. This hands-on, client-focused position requires you to engage directly with customers to comprehend their needs, design effective solutions, and implement integrations, automation, and data workflows. You will be a trusted technical advisor during the implementation phase and beyond, ensuring customers maximize the value of our client's platform.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into well-architected, practical technical solutions.
- Data Integration & Mapping: Create and implement data interfaces between our client's platform and the customers’ existing systems, ensuring reliable data flow through effective translation, mapping, and transformation of data structures.
- Data Enrichment & Cleanup: Guarantee the accuracy and usability of data within customer interfaces by developing enrichment logic, addressing edge cases, and cleaning messy real-world data.
- Configuration + Scripting: Leverage platform configurations alongside targeted scripting to create automations and data workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Custom Tooling & Reporting: Develop lightweight scripts and tools tailored for customer-specific reporting needs, operational triggers, or one-time automation tasks.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Assess and enhance existing customer setups to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
- Technical Partnership: Act as a dependable technical partner for clients throughout implementation and ongoing optimization stages.
