Qualifications1-2 years of experience in QA, integration support, technical support, or similar roles in a SaaS or EMR/EHR environment. Proficient understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow between systems. Familiar with HL7 and JSON, capable of reading, comprehending, and modifying structures. Experience with configuration-based systems or tools. Exposure to SFTP or file-based integrations. Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, accuracy-sensitive tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Refine and validate HL7 message structures, including field mapping and variable updates.
  • Review and adjust JSON payloads to guarantee seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Establish and confirm SFTP connections for file-based integrations.
  • Perform repetitive configuration tasks with precision and attentiveness.
  • Validate end-to-end data flows, ensuring integrations operate as intended.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues throughout setup, testing, and post-deployment stages.
  • Document configurations, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures in a clear, organized manner.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks to uphold integration consistency and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support for clients and internal teams regarding integration behavior and issues.
  • Address support requests and tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with testing and validating integration-related updates or enhancements.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality support experience through meticulous analysis.
