Required Skills:Proficient in Linux system administration. Experience in Java development, particularly with integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel, Spring). Solid background in Bash scripting and job scheduling on Linux systems. Familiarity with data exchange formats (XML, JSON, EDI, CSV). Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in integration-focused environments. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with enterprise integration platforms or middleware. Knowledge of EDI (AS2/OpenAS2) and e-commerce integrations (punchouts, order feeds, inventory updates). Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK, Kibana, Papertrail). Experience in automating operational tasks and system maintenance.

Role Overview: As our Integration Specialist, you will play a vital role in our technology team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and maintaining data integrations across enterprise systems, e-commerce platforms, and external business partners. You will utilize your expertise in Linux environments, Java, and scripting to ensure smooth and secure data flow that drives our customers' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development & Support

  • Manage subscriptions, jobs, and properties within our integration platform.
  • Develop and uphold data transformations (CSV, XML, EDI, JSON) and facilitate file-based data exchanges.
  • Establish connections between internal and external systems using protocols like HTTP, FTP/SFTP, and AS2.

System Automation & Maintenance

  • Create and maintain Bash scripts and cron jobs to automate tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct routine server maintenance, including SSL renewals, API token refreshes, and file cleanup.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability.

Quality Assurance & Security

  • Quickly investigate and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing within the team.
