As the third member of our Integrations Consulting team within the Customer Success organization and the first in the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in leading customer-facing engagements, specifically focusing on intricate technical projects for our strategic customers.
About the Role:
As our new Integrations Consultant, you will be tasked with defining, advising on, and managing the technical requirements for enterprise customers as they integrate their Ashby ATS instance with our custom-built Workday API. As we expand our enterprise HCM integrations, you may also serve as the technical subject matter expert for implementations. Regardless of the integration point, you will assist customers of varying integration sophistication levels by providing guidance on best practices, technical configurations, and collaborating with their internal experts to achieve their objectives. Your existing knowledge of integrations and the products we are connecting with will be pivotal in consulting with our customers, enabling them to swiftly implement Ashby and reach their intended business outcomes. You will work closely with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver success.
Qualifications:
Experience with Workday HCM Integrations: You possess substantial experience in managing and executing integrations with Workday Core HCM, including defining tasks, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results that meet expectations. You ensure the team remains on target to meet milestones. A Workday HCM certification is preferred. Additional experience with other enterprise-grade HCM solutions such as UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. Experience managing integrations with tools available in our Ashby Knowledge Base is advantageous. Expertise in Workday Studio is not mandatory.
