Requirements:A degree in Data Science, Economics, Law, or a related field is preferred.2-4 years of experience in relevant industries, demonstrating a proven track record as an OSINT analyst, business intelligence analyst, or threat intelligence specialist. Experience in a multinational or cross-matrix organization is advantageous. Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization is beneficial. Adept at interpreting raw data into actionable intelligence. Strong business acumen with the ability to work autonomously within an international team. Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical capabilities. Availability to support colleagues across different time zones. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another European language is a plus.

About the job

Control Risks is seeking talented Intelligence Analysts for speculative applications, ideally from candidates residing in Luxembourg or those eligible to work in Luxembourg without sponsorship. This role will be integral to our KYC/KYS project, involving regular and ad-hoc due diligence to support our security function.

The Intelligence Analyst will:

  • Provide comprehensive support in analyzing business partner portfolios related to KYC/KYS (Know Your Customers/Suppliers).
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify operational and reputational risks associated with the client's business partners.
  • Assist in ad-hoc requests, performing regular due diligence and gathering open-source intelligence to bolster security efforts.
  • Support stakeholders in mitigating risk exposure when engaging with third parties.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations, proposing mitigation strategies when necessary.
  • Conduct thorough research, compile data, and produce insightful reports on specific topics to preemptively address potential threats to the company.
  • Utilize data analytics to deliver insights that empower businesses to make informed operational and strategic investment decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office 365 is essential, and familiarity with SAP ECC is preferred.
