CGS Federal is actively seeking a talented and experienced Intelligence Technical Writer to play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of intelligence-related capability requirements. This position is integral to the J8 requirement documentation process, where you will serve as the primary liaison from the J2 on all technical documentation projects. Collaborating closely with the J8 Acquisition Division, you will provide essential support to J8 personnel as directed by the Deputy Director for Intelligence or relevant leadership from the Tech, Security, and Support Division and the Division for SIGINT/CNE & OSINT in the absence of the Deputy Director.

Key Skills and Attributes: 
- Possess comprehensive knowledge to assist government representatives in formally documenting J2 directorate requirements, including Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), and Capability Production Documents (CPDs).
- Aid in recommending a Program of Objectives, Achievements, & Milestones (POAM) for each documentation effort, coordinating meetings to ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines.
- Compile and maintain all relevant reference documents, engage with stakeholders, and distribute meeting notes and project updates effectively.
- Deliver initial recommendations and documentation drafts using technical language to accurately convey the essential attributes of intelligence requirements.
- Revise and refine documentation as necessary to ensure clarity and precision in communication.
