Your Role:
As a driver, you will serve as the face of Ember. Your primary responsibilities will include operating the coach and assisting customers with any inquiries or challenges. Our Perth team will be a close-knit unit, and we value resourcefulness and a proactive attitude in overcoming daily challenges.
We expect you to take pride in your work, which may include light cleaning duties to maintain our coaches in excellent condition. We highly value employees who contribute ideas for improvement in a constructive manner.
You will also be expected to familiarize yourself with new technology that enhances customer experience, ensuring that you provide the best service possible.
