This is a hands-on, client-facing role with significant opportunities for career advancement.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Build and sustain robust client relationships through regular communication to align with their needs and expectations.Coordinate with multiple disciplines and lead the mechanical engineering team to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.Develop comprehensive specifications for mechanical equipment such as pumps, fans, and air handling units.Prepare detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders based on project findings.Ensure that discipline plans align with overall project requirements and timelines.Stay updated on relevant codes and technologies pertaining to mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in hyperscale data centers.Analyze mechanical system performance for continuous improvement and recommend necessary upgrades.Provide technical support during construction phases, addressing RFIs and resolving any emerging issues.Conduct job site visits as needed to oversee project implementation.
