Job Summary 

We are currently seeking a Superintendent to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects while exceeding client expectations. Our superintendents receive robust support and resources to thrive in their roles, ensuring all projects are executed to the highest standards. The Superintendent will directly oversee the field labor force, including subcontractors and skilled laborers. The ideal candidate will possess exemplary leadership, organizational, and time management skills, alongside strong client service abilities and a comprehensive understanding of all trades involved in commercial interior construction and high-end renovation projects. 

 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in a manner that meets or exceeds JRM standards.
