Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 5 years of business and systems analysis experience, preferably within the financial services sector, such as banking or brokerage. A Bachelor's degree in a related field. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Proven experience in facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions. A strong team player, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with UML and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
