Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage outbound automation, traditional outreach methods, and relationship-building techniques to create a strong pipeline of potential leads. Conduct multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings. Assess inbound leads and direct opportunities to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, test value propositions, and iterate outreach strategies. Maintain precise pipeline data in our CRM and provide insights regarding outreach effectiveness. Represent Amigo at industry events and conferences to cultivate relationships and generate leads. Qualifications1-3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a data-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level contacts. A proactive and self-motivated approach to lead generation.

Your Role

As an early member of our global sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving Amigo's market entry strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by identifying and qualifying healthcare organizations that could benefit from our innovative AI solutions.

You will collaborate closely with our Head of International Sales and founding team to develop our healthcare sales process and refine our partnership strategies. This position offers significant growth potential for ambitious individuals looking to advance their careers in healthcare technology sales, with a clear pathway to transitioning into an Account Executive role for top performers.

Initially, this position will be a contract role lasting 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of evolving into a full-time opportunity.
