Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues related to printers, routers, emails, and more.
- Diagnose and resolve issues effectively while promoting relevant service plans and software solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support role.
- Proven ability to close calls and process payments confidently.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
