- In the context of the S/4HANA Transformation Project, you will play a central role in managing our “Source-to-Pay” (S2P) requirements using the project management tool JIRA.
- You will monitor project progress and maintain our central S2P process list.
- Prepare key functional and integration tests meticulously and actively assist the team in conducting them.
- As an organizational talent, you will plan workshops, document results, and coordinate next steps.
- In the realm of Brand Building & Knowledge Sharing, you will design an internal website that sharpens the profile of our Digi-Team and develop a central “Digital Toolkit” to showcase our tools, methods, and successes.
- In AI & Automation, you will create an AI agent that automates responses to support requests regarding our procurement tools, trained with modern Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist users quickly and efficiently.
- In the analytical domain, you will gather requirements for evaluations and transform them into insightful reports and dashboards that visualize complex procurement processes, creating true transparency through precise data storytelling.
