Professional ExperienceInternational experience gained through internships, studies, or professional experiences is a plus. ToolsStrong quantitative and computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. LanguagesExcellent command of one of the two official languages of the OECD (English and French) and a working knowledge of the other, with a commitment to achieve professional proficiency. Key SkillsDemonstrated exceptional analytical skills through previous coursework or projects.

The OECD's Internship Program is tailored to empower students from diverse backgrounds to apply their skills and enthusiasm in support of the Organization's mission. Interns will collaborate on projects aligned with the strategic directions set by the Secretary-General while contributing to the Organization’s institutional functions. The primary aim is to enable selected candidates to enhance their analytical and technical skills in an international setting.

For institutional functions within the Organization, selected candidates will work in one of the following areas:

  • Communications, Media, and Public Relations
  • Event Management

  • Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Translation

Interns may be tasked with:

  • Assisting in the preparation of studies and documents;
  • Conducting research and reviewing existing documentation;
  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data;
  • Contributing to the production of reports, working documents, and publications arising from the above activities, including drafting notes and summaries.
