Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to enhance our on-site operations through effective inventory management. This role involves meticulous inventory analysis, counting, and adherence to standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceuticals, logistics, and inventory control practices, along with knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). You will report directly to the ICQA Area Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining inventory integrity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and system records.
  • Analyze inventory data and create detailed reports on stock levels and movements.
  • Identify discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records, investigating root causes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in inventory control to enhance accuracy.
  • Assist in training operations staff on newly adopted inventory control procedures.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to promote continuous process improvement.
