Role Overview SanMar is hiring a Production Associate II for the night shift at our Shakopee, MN distribution center. This position is part of our DC Tier 3 team (Grade T3). Production Associates keep warehouse operations running smoothly by restocking inventory, auditing orders, and accurately picking products to help us deliver on customer commitments. What You Will Do Pick products from assigned locations and place them into cartons on pick carts or totes, using handheld scanners for guidance. Restock products in designated areas to maintain inventory levels. Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance before sealing for shipping and invoicing. Use voice or Radio Frequency (RF) units to support efficient picking. Check out equipment responsibly and return it in good condition. Meet or exceed minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines. Take on other duties as assigned, showing flexibility as needs change.
