Overview
As an Invoicer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the swift and precise processing of customer orders. This position involves invoicing, tagging, and loading shipments efficiently while adhering to safety standards. You will manually lift and stack product cases to load trailers and vehicles based on shipping requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately invoice, tag, and load customer shipments in a timely manner.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move products.
- Check out equipment and ensure it is returned in the same condition.
- Utilize the Internal Operating System to verify shipping details.
- Meet production and accuracy standards while adhering to shipping deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Comply with all company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in invoicing or shipping is preferred.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with RF scanning equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
- Basic math skills required for counting and quantity assessments.
- Lift Operator Certification may be required.
- Experience in moving products using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Capable of learning and operating the Internal Operating System and RF units.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a high-demand environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of internal operating systems is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Availability for essential days or overtime may be required.
