About the iOS Engineer Role
The iOS engineers at daangn are part of a dedicated chapter, collaborating closely within their teams. Within the iOS chapter, we prioritize building high-quality applications, as they are the first interaction point for our users. We take great responsibility in ensuring stability and delivering a polished service.
The iOS chapter places equal importance on both company growth and individual development. Through activities such as Engineering Day, code reviews, and tech talks, we share our technical skills and domain knowledge while collectively brainstorming improvements. We also host study groups and seminars to foster a better development culture and support personal growth in iOS development.
Your Responsibilities
[Used Goods Trading Team]
- Develop a location-based used goods trading service targeting users in Korea and globally.
- Manage over 10 million products worldwide, creating solutions that address user issues and align with company goals.
- Enhance the user experience in used goods trading by experimenting with diverse ideas based on data.
[Mobile Team]
- Operate new and shared services to make daangn Market the best local app.
- Support the easy development of various services and enhance productivity through improved development environments.
- Design a sustainable architecture for building a super app and tackle various technical challenges.
[Common Responsibilities]
- Participate in iOS chapter activities such as Engineering Day and Tech Talks.
- Develop various features contributing to daangn services.
Who We Are Looking For
- Individuals with at least 3 years of experience in iOS development.
- People who enjoy designing and implementing new features.
- Candidates with a user-centric mindset over a purely technical approach.
- Self-motivated individuals who excel in communication.
- Familiarity with writing testable code.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing large-scale services.
- Contributions to iOS-related open-source projects or personal open-source projects.
- Experience in global services.
- Experience in designing code using Dependency Injection (DI).

- Full-time employment includes a 3-month probation period.
