Pogust Goodhead is dedicated to advocating for justice for victims harmed by large corporations. Renowned for its leadership in international consumer claims, the firm achieved historic resolutions in the Volkswagen NOx Emissions Group Litigation in May 2022 and addressed the repercussions of the British Airways Data Breach in 2021.
Pogust Goodhead also excels in environmental litigation, having secured a landmark judgment from the Court of Appeal in July 2022, allowing over 700,000 victims of Brazil’s Fundão Dam disaster to pursue claims against BHP in English courts. We are proud to have been recognized as the Litigation Boutique Firm of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2023 and the Boutique Law Firm of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2023.
As a leading class action law firm globally, our mission is to equalize the power dynamics between individuals and large corporations. We understand the significant barriers to justice faced by consumers, residents, victims, small business owners, and investors against the financial might of multinational corporations.
