Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:5+ years of experience in software development, with extensive knowledge of the complete Software Development Lifecycle. Minimum of 2 years in a role as IT Architect, Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or in a Technical Leadership position. Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD concepts, version control strategies, and automated quality controls. Practical experience or robust architectural knowledge of GitLab and SonarQube. Expertise in integrating cloud-based platforms (AWS) with on-premise or legacy systems. Deep familiarity with modern architectural styles and integration patterns (e.g., REST, event-driven, layered). Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

Join ARHS Group, a proud member of Accenture, as we seek a talented IT Architect (m/f) to enhance our architectural and engineering expertise. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing the comprehensive Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Platform that supports a robust user base exceeding 2,000 and is on the rise. This platform encompasses source code management, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) execution, runner infrastructure based on GitLab, and secure artifact management services utilizing SonarQube, all hosted on AWS.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Transform business and technical requirements into IT and solution architectures that align with SDLC best practices.
  • Engage in documenting and communicating the architectural vision and roadmap.
  • Take ownership of the architecture, governance, and growth of the GitLab and SonarQube platforms hosted on AWS.
  • Design and manage the interfaces connecting cloud-hosted platforms with on-premise legacy systems.
  • Establish and advocate for SDLC standards, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and release management.
  • Guide teams in the application of architectural principles, integration patterns, and development best practices.
  • Work closely with DevOps, QA, Security, Cloud, and Product teams.
  • Contribute to estimation, planning, and technical risk management.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
