Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete delivery of business transformation initiatives in alignment with strategic goals, budget constraints, and timelines. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions through effective stakeholder engagement. Govern cross-functional teams across various functions and regions. Ensure adherence to architectural, security, and data standards. Drive business readiness, adoption, and realization of benefits. Core Duties:Lead business analysis to ensure that requirements are specified, prioritized, and traceable throughout the delivery process. Manage transformation projects from initiation through to operational handover. Plan and govern project delivery, including schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to safeguard delivery outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to align needs with scalable, standardized solutions. Facilitate process design and enhancement, recognizing opportunities for optimization and automation. Supervise vendors and system integrators to guarantee quality and value in delivery. Ensure compliance with architectural, security, data, and regulatory standards. Coordinate testing and business readiness activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live preparations. Deliver concise governance and executive reporting while fostering continuous improvement. Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent). Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end business transformation projects.
