Position Overview:

As an IT Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing both in-person and remote technical support to our diverse clientele. From organizing cables under desks to configuring firewalls and deploying extensive computer systems, you will tackle a variety of tasks each day. Your primary focus will be on supporting Mac OS and Windows devices while facilitating IT shipments for onboarding and offboarding processes. This position requires collaboration with individuals across various levels, including business owners and C-suite executives, to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary support technician for a range of accounts across different industries.
  • Assist in IT project deployments, including MDM rollouts and network configurations.
  • Configure and support Mac OS and Windows devices in office environments.
  • Manage physical assets, including inventory and cable organization.
  • Oversee and support identity platforms governing application access, such as Okta and Google Workspace.
  • Develop and update IT standards, policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Implement automations and tools related to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Facilitate IT shipments for onboarding and offboarding needs.
  • Travel to client sites as needed for scheduled and emergency support.
  • Perform various ad-hoc IT tasks as required.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computing-related discipline.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in an IT-focused role.
  • Proficient in Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
