Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and resolve employee support requests, including incident management and timely responses to inquiries. Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues triggered by system alerts or employee reports using logs and internal tools. Efficiently triage technical issues to the Head of IT and the engineering team. Contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base for the broader support team. Proactively identify and implement process enhancements, including automation opportunities using AI tools. Assess user needs, define technical challenges, and work with various departments to escalate solutions effectively. Provide in-person assistance to customers requiring direct support. Develop documentation to enhance the Service Management ecosystem. Deploy new or updated computers and assist customers with post-install configurations. Implement end-user operating system and third-party software updates on computing systems. Participate in cross-training with other teams to build specialized skills. Assist in managing and tracking IT inventory and assets.
