The Opportunity
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and efficiency while devising effective technological solutions. This position involves hands-on implementation and collaboration with external technology partners when necessary to establish and uphold our IT standards across our portfolio. Key responsibilities include conducting gap assessments to identify areas where our portfolio companies may not meet established standards and assisting in bridging those gaps. Additional duties encompass implementing audio-visual solutions for conference rooms, ensuring compliance with building security requirements, addressing low-voltage needs, and installing network devices, printers, and other essential technology equipment. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
