Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate IT infrastructure and operational projects
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate communication among local IT teams, global IT teams, and business stakeholders
Track project progress and ensure completion of tasks as scheduled
Provide regular updates and reports on project status
Support project governance, documentation, and risk management
Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience in IT Project Management, preferably in infrastructure or IT operations
Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders across technical teams and business units
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience in international and distributed IT environments
Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud environments (preferably Azure)
Familiarity with server environments and infrastructure operations
Quick adaptability to new technologies
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and M365 environment
Fluency in English and German at an upper-intermediate or advanced level is essential
