Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation, tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with the district's designated Litigation Support Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Install, configure, and maintain litigation support equipment, developing standards and procedures for applications.
- Administer litigation support systems, performing quality assurance, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Guarantee the availability, integrity, and efficiency of systems, while resolving any hardware/software issues that arise.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of litigation support equipment.
- Uphold systems security, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data through effective security programs and policies.
- Implement procedures to enhance system reliability and accessibility while safeguarding against unauthorized access.
