Contact Government Services is actively seeking a dedicated IT Litigation Support Technician to join our team at the United States Attorney's Office. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential technical and analytical support related to litigation processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our legal teams have the technological resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation, ensuring responsiveness to customer needs. Work closely with the district's designated "Litigation Support Coordinator" to perform these services. Install, configure, and maintain litigation support equipment; develop standards and procedures for applications; and collaborate with other agencies involved in litigation activities.
- Administer litigation support systems, including testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, and maintenance of resources used for data, voice, and video transmission.
- Ensure systems are available, functional, and efficient.
- Install new or modified litigation support hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software interoperability issues.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of litigation support equipment.
- Uphold systems security by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through effective security programs, policies, and procedures.
- Implement measures to ensure the reliability and accessibility of litigation support systems and defend against unauthorized access.
