Contact Government Services (CGS) is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Support Technician to join our team at the United States Attorney's Office in Atlanta, GA. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential technical and analytical support focused on facilitating litigation processes for the U. S. Attorney's office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate litigation support services tailored to customer requirements, including trial preparation and presentation, either directly or alongside the designated Litigation Support Coordinator. Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of litigation support equipment while developing standards and protocols for applications.
- Oversee litigation support systems administration, which includes testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and maintenance of resources for transmitting information in data, voice, and/or video formats.
- Ensure the availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency of systems.
- Install and modify litigation support hardware and software as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability issues.
- Manage and control the inventory of the district's litigation support equipment.
- Implement and maintain systems security protocols to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data.
- Develop policies and procedures that ensure litigation support systems remain reliable and accessible while defending against unauthorized access.
