What you will do

  • Deliver first- and second-level support to internal users onsite.
  • Assess, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Log and manage tickets in the incident management system, following ITIL standards.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals in the workplace.
  • Perform standard installations, updates, and patching for business applications.
  • Document support processes, prepare reports, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with product teams, development, and other business departments.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar positions.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical and user issues.
  • Organized, solutions-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Solid technical and organizational abilities.
  • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude toward users.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
  • Team player with experience in international and multicultural settings.
