Education in IT or a comparable qualification.2–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles. Strong knowledge for analyzing and resolving user and system issues. Structured, solutions-oriented, and autonomous working style. Strong technical and organizational skills. Service-minded, professional, and friendly attitude towards users. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize in a customer-focused manner. Team player with experience working in international and multicultural environments. Fluent Mandarin and a good command of English, both spoken and written. Availability to work on site at the assigned location. A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required.

Role overview

This IT Onsite Support Engineer position is based in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China. The role focuses on supporting internal users, resolving technical issues, and maintaining workplace technology. What you will do

  • Deliver first- and second-level technical support for internal users.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Log and manage tickets in the incident system, following ITIL-based processes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Carry out standard software installations, updates, and patching for business applications.
  • Document procedures, prepare reports, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with product teams, development, and other business units.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting user and system issues.
  • Structured, solutions-oriented, and independent approach to work.
  • Excellent technical and organizational skills.
  • Professional, service-minded, and friendly attitude toward users.
  • Clear communication skills in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize customer needs.
  • Team player with experience in international and multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Zhuhai.
  • Valid criminal record certificate (issued within the last 3 months) required.
